Get to know me

I am a native of Cape May County and have remained a resident because I love the shore. I can't imagine living anywhere else! The lifestyle down the shore is relaxed and peaceful. Many people choose to retire here to escape the hectic lifestyle of the city. Once you vacation here and spend some time looking at homes, you may just fall in love with the seashore too.

I am a strong believer of continuing education and I received my GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) in 2004, my Brokers License in 2005 and my ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) in 2008. My most recent designation is the RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist). I want to keep learning more about relevent issues in the real estate world, and in 2010 I received a certification on Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR).

My goal is to help my clients have a wonderful experience and achieve their goals at the same time. Much of my business is based upon referrals, so the best compliment I can receive is for a former client to pass my name along to their friends and family members.

I believe hard work brings results and a positive attitude goes a long way. I love my work, my family and enjoy the seashore lifestyle. I am proud of my accomplishments and am a member of the NJAR Circle of Excellence for production achievements.

If you are looking for an agent that is dedicated to customer service, give me a chance. I would love to earn your business.

Designations

To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry

Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation

Because buying and selling property has become increasingly complex, a keen understanding of real estate transactions is more important than ever. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients. GRI is a nationally recognized designation attained after successfully completing a rigorous program of coursework covering various areas of real estate. Individuals who have attained their GRI designation are considered leaders in the real estate profession.

According to data from the 2007 New Jersey Member Profile, fifteen percent of New Jersey's REALTORS® have earned the GRI designation.

ABR Designation

Why you should use an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR)

Why should you look for the ABR designation before looking for a home? These three letters after a REALTOR's name tell you that you will be working with buyer representative who is committed to your best interests. The ABR Designation is awarded by REBAC to those REALTORS who have met the specific educational and experiential criteria needed to provide the high level quality service required by REBAC (Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council).

Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) Designation

I obtained my Resort and Second Home Property Specialist Designation in 2009 so that I may better assist my clients that are looking for a second home or wish to invest at the shore.

The Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) is an education-based certification program. Launched in 2006, the RSPS Certification was created by the National Association of REALTORS® to better serve the growing second-home and resort real estate market and now has over 1,300 elite members. RSPS is recognized as an official NAR certification and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in resort and second-homes to assist them with their search.

SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resourse Certification

For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures are the new “traditional” real estate transaction. Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have in today’s market — they are critical. And while short sales and foreclosures are not for the faint of heart, agents with the proper tools and training can use these specialty areas to build their business for the long term.

A RE/MAX REALTOR®

A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.

Broker - Manager

I became the office manager for our Wildwood Crest in August 2011. It is a pleasure to work with such a great group of professionals. RE/MAX agents differ from many other agents in that they actually have to PAY to come to work! RE/MAX agents are dedicated to getting the job done.
